Artem is a political scientist by profession with more than 15 years of experience in political consulting projects. Clients include leading political parties, the Office of the President of Ukraine, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine, the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.

Candidate of Philosophical Sciences (H.Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences), researched the problems of modernization theory at IWM - Institute für die Wissenschaften vom Menschen (Vienna), moderator of the program "Justice, Law and Society" at Aspen Institute Kyiv. Member of the Ukrainian Society of Financial Analysts (UTFA) and the Association of Institutional Scientific Thought (AFIT). Since 2017, he has been permanently living abroad (Slovakia, Singapore).

​Areas of specialization: monetary systems of Southeast Asian countries, Keynesian economics, development economics, modern money theory, analysis of global market conditions and geopolitical risks.
